FAQ's
What is SANA?
SANA is a calming space where beauty, sound, and nervous-system soothing come together.
Every session is designed to soften your edges, slow your breathing, and help you feel clearer, lighter, and more yourself.
What does “SANA” mean?
The word SANA appears across many languages and carries the same energy in each:
-
Latin: sānāre — to heal, to restore
-
Spanish: sana — healthy, well
-
Italian: sana — wholesome, balanced
-
Filipino/Tagalog: sana — to hope, to wish
-
Arabic (سَكِينَة – sakīna, similar root): tranquility, inner calm
Across languages, SANA expresses the idea of healing, calm, and return to self — the heart of your brand.
What are SANA Sound + Sensory Rituals?
These are guided nervous-system reset sessions that blend:
• gentle sound
• calming vibration
• breath-softening
• stillness
• emotional unwinding
They help the body drop into safety, relaxation, and deep restoration.
You won’t know why you feel different — only that you do.
Which SANA Ritual is right for me?
The Ritual – £20
A gentle 15-minute reset. Perfect before or after any lash or brow treatment.
The Extended Journey – £40
A slower, deeper immersion that calms the whole body and clears the mind.
The VIP Ritual – £55–£65

Yes — SANA Rituals can be booked on their own or added to any treatment.
Is SANA safe during pregnancy?
SANA is deeply relaxing, but vibration-based sessions aren’t recommended during pregnancy.
Clients who are pregnant can still enjoy calming breath-led stillness sessions.
Who should avoid SANA Rituals?
You should avoid vibration-based sessions if you have:
• certain heart conditions
• sensitivity to vibration
• a medical device requiring specialist clearance
When unsure, please message me.
What will I feel during a SANA Ritual?
Most clients describe:
• feeling heavier then lighter
• breathing slowing down
• muscles releasing
• mind quietening
• a sense of “coming home to themselves”
It’s subtle, soothing, and deeply restorative.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable — you remain fully clothed.
Just arrive as you are.
Do I need a patch test?
Only for lash services.
SANA rituals themselves do not require a patch test.
Can I combine SANA with lash or PMU appointments?
Absolutely.
It’s designed to enhance your treatment experience — not interrupt it.
How long do the effects last?
Most clients feel calmer, softer, and clearer for hours — sometimes days.
The more regularly you come, the deeper the benefits settle.
Is SANA a spiritual service?
Not necessarily.
It’s about nervous-system soothing, not belief.
But many clients describe the experience as grounding, emotional, or quietly transformative.
